Ángel Cancino is a Market Analyst at S&P Global, part of the Clean Energy Technology team. He has experience in energy resource assessment and solar photovoltaic project analysis. His current research focuses on the solar photovoltaic market in Latin America including the identification of projects, regulatory framework, and drivers of renewable growth in the region. He holds a bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Science and Arts of Chiapas and a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Systems, from the University of Edinburgh, in the United Kingdom.

Ronaldo Koloszuk is President of ABSOLAR (Brazilian Solar Photovoltaic Energy Association), 2nd Secretary Director of FIESP (Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo) and Commercial Director of Solar Group.

Marcelo P. Almeida holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Pará (2009) and a MSc. degree (2012) and a Dr. degree (2017) in Energy from the University of São Paulo. He is a Professor at the Institute of Energy and Environment of the University of São Paulo, with experience in Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energies. He is an Associate Editor of the Brazilian Journal of Solar Energy (RBENS) in the area of Economics and Public Policy, a collaborator of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT) and a member of the Board of the Brazilian Solar Energy Association (ABENS).

Abigail Ross Hopper is the President and CEO of the Solar Energy Industries Association, the national trade organization for America's solar energy industries. She oversees all of SEIA's activities, including government affairs, research, communications, and industry leadership, and is focused on creating a marketplace where solar will constitute a significant percentage of America's energy generation. Before joining SEIA, Abby served as Director of the Department of Interior's Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, the Director of the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA), Energy Advisor to Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley, and Deputy General Counsel with the Maryland Public Service Commission. Before embarking on a career in public service, Abby spent nine years in private practice. Abby graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maryland School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dartmouth College. She is the very proud mom of three children and loves to read and ride on her Peloton.

Clinger Barros is a Specialist Regulatory Lawyer, and has been working for at least ten years in various regulated sectors, focusing mainly on the Electricity Sector, providing consultancy services and litigating for major players. Since 2023, he has held the regulatory chair of climatech Lemon Energia, focusing regulatory activity on issues related to sustainability, renewable energies and digitalization of the electricity sector, assisting in the establishment of strategies and best regulatory practices for the business and in the interlocution and representation with the most diverse entities and public authorities.
