Is there a transfer from the airport to the event?

No. There will be a transfer van from the subway to Expo Center Norte.

I need a VISA Invitation Letter. Do you issue them?

We do not issue VISA Invitation Letters. The Exhibition or Conference ticket should be sufficient.

Tickets

Can I buy tickets to the exhibition onsite on the open days?

Yes, but tickets to the exhibition are free of charge if you get them online in advance.

Can we purchase conference tickets onsite on the open days?

Yes. But we recommend purchasing them online in advance as there may be no conference seats available after the event starts.

Can we acquire tickets to the exhibition and/or conferences online after the event starts?

No. After the event has started, tickets can only be purchased onsite. Also, tickets to the exhibition will no longer be free of charge, and tickets to conference seats may no longer be available.

I have a ticket to a conference, but now I can’t go. Can I return it?

No. However, it can be transferred to another person,
or the amount paid can be used as credit for other events. Please send an email to rcr@arandaeventos.com.br to request a transfer."

What discounts are available for exhibition tickets?

The ticket is free of charge until August 26.

I have received a voucher code. How must I redeem it?

The code must be entered at the time of registration.

I have received a voucher code, the redeem function is not working. What can I do?

I entered my email address incorrectly and have not receive a ticket. What can I do?

Do I have to print out my ticket, or is a digital ticket sufficient?

The ticket must be printed. The ticket is available in his area for download and printing.
We recommend taking your printed tickets to avoid queues. Digital tickets are not accepted.

Do children get tickets free of charge?

Minors under 16 are not allowed in.

My colleague can’t attend the conference. Can I use their credential?

No. But they can transfer the ticket to you. Please send an email to rcr@arandaeventos.com.br to request the transfer.

I cannot come to the exhibition. Can I cancel my ticket?

Entry to the exhibition is free of charge, so there is no need to cancel your ticket.

Can I pay for the ticket to the conference by invoice?

Yes. Payment methods are by invoice or credit card, but only credit or debit cards will be accepted for payments onsite.

Can another person visit the exhibition with my ticket?

No. Tickets are linked to badges and are valid only for the holder whose full name is printed on the them. Before the event begins, the other person can simply get a free exhibition ticket online.

Tickets purchased after the start of the event and not yet used can have the price paid transferred to another person who registers properly. To do this, please send an email to rcr@arandaeventos.com.br requesting the other person’s registration and fee transfer.

How do I get a better overview in the Exhibitor Catalog regarding my fields of interest?

The Exhibitor Catalog offers you numerous possibilities to identify the companies relevant for you and to help you find your way around the exhibition. In addition to a full-text search, you can also use the filter function to find suppliers from specific product groups, from specific countries or with specific offers such as job offers or product presentations.

The hall plan function allows you to quickly find your way around the hall. Select a hall, use the full-screen view and see directly which exhibitor is located where.

If you prefer to go on a discovery tour, you can also use the sort function above the list to have the system display a list that will be sorted according to your interests.

The more completely you have filled in the information about your interests in your profile, the better this will work for you.

Is the Exhibitor Catalog available as an Excel download?

The Exhibitor Catalog can only be viewed online. A direct download is not possible.

However, as a logged-in user you can utilize the “Favorites” function and “Export Favorites” function to export up to 250 exhibitor favorites as a PDF file so you can plan your visit to the exhibition.

Can the event be visited or viewed online?

The smarter E South America and its four exhibitions – Intersolar South America, ees South America, Power2Drive South America and EM Power/Eletrotec South America – will be held exclusively at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, Brazil.

In addition, The smarter E presents numerous digital events throughout the year – from webinars and podcasts to a wide range of articles, interviews and industry news.

What are the advantages of logging in to the website?

The smarter E login area offers you a range of exclusive services and features to improve your online and offline experience of The smarter E South America and its associated trade shows and conferences.

Among other things, registering on our website gives you the opportunity to mark exhibitors and program items as favorites and export them.

In addition, by specifying your preferred topics in your profile, you can influence which content is recommended to you as a priority.

Why can’t I log in to my user account on the website?

Please first check that you are using the correct access data. In doing so,
please note that the registration you perform when purchasing tickets is completely separate from the registration on the website.

The access data for the Exhibitor Cockpit are also not valid on the website. If necessary, you can use the forgotten password function to assign a new password for your account. Also, make sure you have fully completed the website account registration process.

Your account for the login area of the websites will not be valid until your email address is verified. Upon successful verification, you will receive a welcome message from the system.

If you have already created an account but have not verified your email address within 48 hours, your data has been deleted. You can create an account again at any time and complete the registration process.

Onsite

Where can I get a certificate of my participation in The smarter E South America?

The certificate is only issued to conference delegates. If that is your case, the document will be available in your registration area 10 days after the event

What are the opening hours of The smarter E South America?

Tuesday | Noon–8pm
Wednesday | Noon–8pm
Thursday | Noon–8pm

Is it possible to take part in guided tours of the exhibition?

No. Exhibition tours can be offered exclusively to delegations.

Are the various exhibitions at The smarter E South America freely accessible from one to another?

Yes. Once inside the Venue, you can freely move from one hall or exhibition to any other.

Can I store my luggage temporarily in the hall?

Yes. There will be luggage storage lockers for rent at the main entrance. The lockers are sized as for carry-on luggage on airplanes.

What catering options will there be onsite?

There will be a variety of restaurants and eateries in the food court.

Is a printed catalog offered?

No. On entering the Venue, you will receive a free general guide which includes floor plans, a list of exhibitors and booth numbers. A catalog with a list of exhibitors, exhibits and other information, with filters according to different criteria, is exclusively available on our website.

Are dogs allowed in the halls?

No animals of any kind or size are allowed in, except guide dogs with prior authorization.
