Kátia Abreu was twice a senator for Tocantins and is the former president of the Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock of Brazil (CNA). She was Brazil's first female Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply. Today she works as a businesswoman in agriculture, real estate and as a consultant on agribusiness, international markets, logistics and renewable energies. She is CEO of BRZ Consulting and represents the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) on the Board of Directors of JBS, the world's largest conglomerate of animal protein companies.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of RS, with specialization in airport and commercial automation from the University of Regensburg, Germany. He worked 15 years at Siemens S.A. working in Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Portugal and Germany in the area of airport automation and 16 years CEO of Alubar Energia S.A. being responsible for projects, construction and assembly of transmission lines and substations with voltage up to 500 kV, wind and solar farms. He was founder, Vice President and Counselor for 12 years of ABEEOLICA, actively participating with the MME, EPE and ANEEL to define the rules of the renewable energy auctions in force until today. As a Director and Counselor of transmission and power generation companies, he participated in the development of projects, auctions, creation of SPE's, preparation of business plans, obtaining financing and operation of projects. He is currently Director of Sindienergia-RS, member of the Board of Directors of ABSOLAR and partner of ACBS Aguilar Engenharia, which operates in the area of consulting in electrical engineering, airport automation and renewable energies. He is also currently a partner and Commercial Director of Integra Energia, a company that operates in the development of wind and solar projects.

He holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Business School São Paulo and a degree in Economics from Universidade Federal Fluminense. With over 20 years' experience in the energy market, he joined CCEE in 2002, having worked in various areas of the organization, related to processes, projects and corporate strategy. He currently holds the position of Executive Relationship and Information Manager, the area responsible for Client Management, providing information to the Market and developing Energy Certification. He leads the actions in which CCEE is involved in hydrogen certification, both nationally and internationally.

Graziella Albuquerque has a degree in Environmental Management with an extension in Community-Based Environmental Education and Political Ecology in Latin America from UNIRIO. She has been trained in International Negotiations by Oxford University and the Global Youth Coalition. She is a member of YOUNGO UNFCCC and has already served as Brazil's official UN delegate at the Youth Climate Conference (COY17) and as a Youth Press Agency writer at COP27, both events held in Egypt. She currently holds the position of Institutional and Government Relations Coordinator at Revolusolar, where she contributes to advancing solar energy initiatives in low-income communities.

Marcelo P. Almeida holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Pará (2009) and a MSc. degree (2012) and a Dr. degree (2017) in Energy from the University of São Paulo. He is a Professor at the Institute of Energy and Environment of the University of São Paulo, with experience in Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energies. He is an Associate Editor of the Brazilian Journal of Solar Energy (RBENS) in the area of Economics and Public Policy, a collaborator of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT) and a member of the Board of the Brazilian Solar Energy Association (ABENS).

Priscila Santos is a researcher in the energy field at Instituto Fit. She is responsible for energy startups and applied AI and IoT training. She has in-depth knowledge of the hybrid generation industry for rural and industrial areas. Mentor of startups in the energy, automotive, agricultural and fintech segments.

He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP-FEIS) and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). He has been an engineer at CPQD in the Energy Systems area since 2008, working as a researcher and technical coordinator on R&D projects with technologies related to energy storage, electric mobility, photovoltaic systems (on and off-grid), power quality and the Smart Grid.

Eduardo Avila is an economist from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, specializing in energy and finance, and has worked in the financial market. While a student at UFRJ, he was president of the students' league of Finance and Investments and co-founder of the Energy and Technology League. A volunteer since 2018, he is now the executive director of Revolusolar, an NGO created in 2015 with the aim of promoting the sustainable development of low-income communities through solar energy. Eduardo is a member of the Board Of Advisors of the BRICS CCI Young Leaders, and was one of the 5 finalists from Latin America and the Caribbean for the United Nations Environment Program (UN) 'Young Champions of the Earth 2020' global award. Other awards include: Global Energy Heroes 2022 (Stanford University), 1st Habitability Prize (MRV and Trip Magazine), Shell Youth Initiative 2020 (Energy, Smart Cities and Fighting COVID-19).

Dr. Puzant Baliozian is the current sector leader of VDMA PV Equipment Group. In this position, Dr. Baliozian conducts techno-economic studies on PV manufacturing capacity across the value chain and advocates for the interests of European PV equipment manufacturers on a global scale. Additionally, the PV Sector Group at VDMA publishes the International Technology Roadmap for Photovoltaics (ITRPV) annually, providing vital insights into technology projections and trends. Dr. Baliozian completed his undergraduate studies in physics and later worked at the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems (ISE) in Freiburg, focusing on photovoltaic production technologies, where he earned his Ph.D in engineering. During his years in R&D, he gained recognition for developing passivated edge technology for advanced industrial solar cell concepts.

Luiz Ballester is Commercial Vice-President of Atlas Renewable Energy. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFPE, a master's degree in international economics from PUC-SP and Panthéon Sorbonne University in Paris and more than 10 years' experience in strategic planning and business development in the energy sector.

Electrical Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Ceará, urrently leading the Solar Energy SaaS Product at Delfos, monitoring 700 MW+ in centralized and distributed solar generation. Experienced in performance analysis of solar plants through data-driven approaches and implementing predictive monitoring solutions to optimize O&M routines.

Solar and Storage Advisory Lead for UL Solutions in Europe, Middle East and Latin America, Daniel oversees the technical due diligence and independent engineering services for solar PV and storage projects across the region. With over 19 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, Daniel has managed projects in key M&A transactions for UL Solutions' global clients, involving portfolios of operating and development solar PV and BESS assets worldwide as well as financing transactions. Daniel core competencies include solar resource assessment, PV installation design, start-up and monitoring, operation and diagnosis, and audit inspections. He also provides tailored training courses for UL Solutions' clients, sharing his expertise on the solar market trends, regulations, and best practices. His mission is to support the development and growth of UL Solutions' solar and storage advisory services in the region, and to contribute to the global transition to clean and sustainable energy.

Ricardo Barros is Vice-President Centralized Generation of ABSOLAR's Board of Directors and also Country Manager of Lightsource bp Brazil. With passage as an executive in different companies of the sector (among them Lightsource BP, Engie and Voltalia), Ricardo worked in the last 15 years in the structuring of renewable energy projects with focus on solar and wind, in Brazil and France. He has been acting in the last 8 years as ABSOLAR board member, where he could contribute for the exponential growth of this industry in the country with the leadership of some of the strategic actions focused in centralized solar energy. With a degree in Electrical Engineering, Ricardo carried out his studies at UFCG and INSA-Lyon.

An electrical engineer with a master's degree in production engineering, he has worked for major companies in the electricity sector, in the areas of electricity generation, transmission and distribution, accumulating 45 years of professional experience. He held the positions of Transmission Superintendent and Engineering Director at Companhia Hidrelétrica do São Francisco - CHESF. He was also Director of Systems Management at Companhia Energética de Pernambuco - CELPE, Assistant to the President of Eletrobras, Director of the Electricity Regulatory Agency - ANEEL, President of the Energy Research Company - EPE and Secretary of Energy Planning and Development at the Ministry of Mines and Energy - MME. He was Professor of Energy Transmission at the University of Pernambuco. He is currently Director of Acropolis Energia.

Mauro Fernando Basquera Junior holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria and an Executive MBA with a focus on Electricity Sector Business from Fundação Getulio Vargas. As the Technical Manager for Latin America at Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd., he currently he leads a team that focus on the promotion, design and implementation of PV and ESS systems throughout the region.

Electrical Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Works as a business consultant in the energy sector and project coordinator. Experience in electric sector regulation, business models for electric mobility, and energy trading, acting as coordinator of R&D projects for ARSESP and as a researcher in R&D projects for ANEEL in areas such as energy market, distributed generation, and electric mobility. In the context of electric vehicles, has participated in projects such as: Expansion and business modeling for the electric vehicle charging network in Santa Catarina (R&D ANEEL, CELESC); Implementation of charging infrastructure for electric buses, including impact assessment and business models (R&D ANEEL, EDP); Pilot development and implementation of charging infrastructure with business models for electric vehicle fleets (R&D ANEEL, Equatorial); and currently, Development and Implementation of a Variable Tariff Model for Electric Vehicle Charging at Charging Stations (R&D ANEEL, ELFSM).

With 39 years of experience in the Brazilian electricity sector, he is currently Executive Advisor to the President at Empresa Metropolitana de Águas e Energia S.A - EMAE, a company he has worked for since 2019. He began his career in 1985 at Cia. Energética de São Paulo - CESP in the areas of electricity generation and transmission, specifically in maintenance engineering for hydroelectric plants and transmission substations. For thirteen years he worked at the São Paulo State Energy Department, formulating and managing public policies in the areas of electricity distribution and energy efficiency. He also worked in the regulation and supervision of electricity services as Energy Director at the São Paulo State Sanitation and Energy Regulatory Agency (ARSESP), during which time he also held the position of Director of Regulation and Supervision of Piped Gas Services.

Leandro Borgo estudou Relações Internacionais (UVV - Universidade de Vila Velha) e Filosofia (UFES - Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo). Trabalhou como corretor no mercado financeiro, mas logo migrou para a área de energia renovável. Em 2004, foi gerente de usina de uma das maiores indústrias de biodiesel da época, em Piracicaba. Em 2007, na Renova Energia, foi responsável pelo desenvolvimento de projetos de energia eólica. Em 2010, participou de um Road Show bem-sucedido que resultou em um IPO em 2011. Em 2013, tirou um ano sabático e, em 2014, fundou a Sertão Energia Solar. Durante esse período, desenvolveu mais de 10 GWp de projetos, dos quais 3,1 GWp foram implementados. Em 2022, ajudou a fundar a ABHAV (Associação Brasileira de Hidrogênio Verde e Amônia) e foi eleito presidente do conselho de administração.

Dr. Ricardo Bortolini is RDI Project Manager at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) unit of the Brazilian Company of Research and Industrial Innovation (EMBRAPII). He is also a Technical Advisor of the PV testing and certification laboratory (INRIFV) at UFSM. He is one of the founders of the PV laboratory where he worked as Technical Manager for 6 years, being responsible for interaction with standardization bodies like ABNT, IEC and Inmetro helping to develop the Brazilian standardization and certification infrastructure. Actually, he is responsible for the proposal and management of RDI projects related with renewable energies, especially PV projects and a technical advisor at the laboratory and for companies, helping them with PV related standards and to improve their own testing and certification infrastructures.

Dr. Márcio Bottaro has been a Laboratory Specialist at the Institute of Energy and Environment at the University of São Paulo (IEE-USP) for 29 years, participating in various processes of creation and accreditation of exclusive laboratories in Brazil and worldwide since 1995. He has a PhD in Nuclear Technology from the University of São Paulo and, between 2012 and 2016, he technically coordinated the development, execution and accreditation of the first laboratory in the Southern Hemisphere for characterizing and testing materials and PPE for electric arcs (LEVe-IEE-USP). He is currently the Supervisor of the Technical Service for the Safety and Performance of Electrical Equipment and Materials at IEE-USP and an Associate Researcher at LEVe-IEE-USP. He is the coordinator of CE-032:006.004 - Study Committee on Protective Clothing - Thermal Risks - Heat and Flames, of the Brazilian Committee on Personal Protective Equipment ABNT/CB32, and a Brazilian Specialist in IEC/PC 128 - Electrical Installation Operations, and IEC/TC78 - Live Work, in the working groups on Protection against Electric Arc.

Marília Braga has been a researcher at the Fotovoltaica-UFSC research group for 10 years, where she works with Prof. Dr. Ricardo Rüther with data analysis and design of photovoltaic and energy storage systems for grid-connected and off-grid applications. Marília has experience in all stages of the development of photovoltaic systems, from sizing, simulation and design, to performance analysis, having participated in commissioning and fault detection activities of more than 300 MWp of utility-scale PV plants. Additionally, in the Fotovoltaica-UFSC group, Marília helps coordinate the team and participates in research projects in the areas of battery energy storage, electric vehicles, and the production of green hydrogen. Marília is also the former treasurer and current vice-president of ABENS, the Brazilian Solar Energy Society

Ángel Cancino is a Market Analyst at S&P Global, part of the Clean Energy Technology team. He has experience in energy resource assessment and solar photovoltaic project analysis. His current research focuses on the solar photovoltaic market in Latin America including the identification of projects, regulatory framework, and drivers of renewable growth in the region. He holds a bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Science and Arts of Chiapas and a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Systems, from the University of Edinburgh, in the United Kingdom.

Laís is a Sanitary and Environmental Engineer, master's student and researcher in the Photovoltaics group - UFSC, where she studies circular economy, which includes reuse and recycling for the solar energy sector and agrivoltaic systems, a technology that provides dual use of the soil for energy generation and agricultural production. In addition to these areas, she has research experience with projects related to renewable energy cooperatives and energy transition in isolated systems in the Brazilian context. He currently works at SunR, a pioneering company in the recycling of photovoltaic modules in Brazil.

Agronomist with an MSc in Plant Physiology and a specialized focus on Agrivoltaics research, bringing over 20 years of experience in crop, fruit, and livestock production across Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Oceania. Currently advancing Agrivoltaics research at the Flextronics Institute of Technology (FIT), focusing on optimizing system design, performance, and crop production within innovative energy systems.

Christian de Souza Barauskas Cecchini Engenheiro Elétrico com ênfase em Eletrotécnica pelo Mackenzie, MBA em Energia pela Universidade de São Paulo, MBA em Finanças pelo IBMEC e Cursando Especialização na primeira turma de Hidrogênio Verde da Universidade Federal da Bahia - UFBA. Marcos Rogério Chaves da Silva is an Electrical Engineer (UMC), with an MBA in Business Management and a Specialization in Project Management, both from FGV-SP. For four decades he has been working on LV and MV power protection systems, and has experience in developing distributed power generation projects for terrestrial and embedded applications, LV and MV protection and selectivity studies and protection against the effects of incident energy emitted by arc faults. He is currently Director of TECPRO Soluções em Energia. He actively participates in various committees of CB-03 at COBEI - Comite Brasileiro de Eletricidade. He is secretary of the NBR 14039 standard revision committee, secretary of the NBR 16384 revision committee and rapporteur of the WG responsible for the future Incident Energy Management standard. At CB-24 ABNT, he is the Coordinator of the Committee responsible for developing the future technical standard 'Fire safety in photovoltaic installations'. He is Brazil's representative on IEC committees PC128 and TC99.

Jan Clyncke joined PV CYCLE as Managing Director as of 1 April 2008. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ghent in 1991.He continued his studies at Ehsal and Vlerick Management School .In his early career he worked as a manager of Production & Logistics in the meat industry before moving into the waste management sector. He was employed by the Dutch AVR-Van Gansewinkel Group where he worked as project manager, legal environment and government affairs manager Benelux. In the last three years before joining PV CYCLE, he was in this Dutch company responsible for Health, Safety and Environment. He has experience in setting up of voluntary and mandatory take-back schemes in Belgium and the Netherlands in household and industrial packaging waste, tyre waste, vegetable oil & fat waste, waste oil (lubricants), waste on electrical and electronic equipment, empty paint tin waste, flat glass waste, photochemical waste, etc.

Felipe Corrêa is an Energy Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Commercial Management from FGV and extensive experience in solar energy. He has worked in engineering companies, distributors, and in project management. Currently, he serves as the Product and Solutions Manager at Longi, where his mission is to support centralized generation project developers in finding optimal solutions.

Lia Costa has been working in the photovoltaic sector since 2020. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP, she has solid experience in the sector and is currently a Product Analyst in the Research & Development (R&D) team at BYD Energy do Brasil. Her role focuses on developing the entire product life cycle of new photovoltaic technologies, with a focus on crystalline silicon. Lia has a track record of working at various stages in the development of photovoltaic systems, from project conception to in-depth research into the manufacture of modules and their raw materials. With access to one of the most complete and equipped laboratories in the Americas, she conducts reliability tests and leads production line tests at the Campinas factory, contributing significantly to the maturing of the photovoltaic and industrial sector in the country.

Kleber Costa Corrêa, MSc, is Executive Manager of Generation Pipeline Development at Eletrobras. An engineer with more than 15 years' experience in the development of renewable energy generation and power transmission projects, he has worked on various initiatives at Eletrobras, in particular prospecting for business in Central America and the Southern Cone region. He was Executive Assistant to the Engineering Board of CGT Eletrosul, Head of the Southern Cone Branch of Eletrobras and CEO of the Artilleros Wind Farm in Uruguay, and was also Head of the Central America Branch of Eletrobras, whose office was based in Panama. He holds a Master's degree in Production Engineering with a focus on renewable energies from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and an MBA in International Business from Florida International University.

Robson Ferreira da Cruz is a Mechanical Engineer, with a postgraduate degree in Automotive Engineering and currently pursuing a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has extensive experience in the automotive sector, having worked in multinational companies such as DANA, BOSCH, VW, DAIMLER, and THYSSENKRUPP, focusing on engine management system calibration, internal combustion and electric engine development, and numerical simulation. He has led engineering teams in R&D projects for clients like VOLVO, AUDI, PORSCHE, and TOYOTA. Robson has also been a university professor in the fields of Quality, Statistics, and Industrial Technology. He is a member of LEVE at UNICAMP, the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and coordinates the Infrastructure Working Group of the Electromobility Committee at AEA. Robson is also co-founder of Barassa & Cruz Consulting and Otsmah - Sustainable Energy Resources, which focuses on advanced telemetry and second-life battery use. He has developed algorithms for estimating the state of Li-ion batteries using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from Mackenzie University (1991), Master in Electrical Engineering (1995) and PhD in Electrical Engineering (1999) from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (POLI-USP). Full Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Paulista State University (UNESP). Accredited Professor in the Postgraduate Program in Electrical Engineering at the Bauru School of Engineering (FEB - UNESP). He has acted as coordinator of various Aneel R&D projects. His interests include intelligent systems, transformers, fraud detection in electrical systems, energy storage and power quality.

My mission is to carry out government activities and develop public policies with a focus on promoting the socio-economic development of Brazilian society and increasing the efficiency of public management. I am currently a Specialist in Public Policy and Government Management (Government Manager) and I participate in the implementation of two public policies: the Light for All Program and the More Light for the Amazon Program. Lucas Fernandes is a specialist at SENAI CMATEC in the energy generation, transmission and distribution sector. He works with prospecting and developing RD&I projects in the electricity sector. He has knowledge in the areas of Renewable Energies, the Free Energy Market, Modernization of the electricity sector and electricity networks of the future. He has worked in the Subtransmission area at Neoenergia Coelba on substation projects.

Professor Gustavo Doubek holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Campinas - UNICAMP and a PhD in Nuclear Technology - Materials from the Institute of Nuclear and Energy Research - IPEN/USP, having worked as a visiting researcher at YALE University - USA and as a product developer at 3M in the R&D&I area. He is currently an Associated Professor at the University of Campinas and researcher at the Center for Innovation in New Energies - CINE in the Advanced Energy Storage division. He has experience in the design and synthesis of nanomaterials applied to energy conversion and storage devices and product innovation processes. He works mainly on the following topics: Development of batteries and Fuel Cells for energy storage and conversion, Biofuel reformers and synthesis of catalysts and functional materials with several projects both with public and private funding.

Nelson S. Falcão Is responsible for the sales of Nextracker's advanced solar trackers in Brazil since 2105, and was Sr. Director, Business Development for the Energy segment at Flex from 2013 to 2023, where he has been supporting the development of the solar industry. Nelson is Vice-President, Supply Chain, and member of the board of ABSOLAR (Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association). He received his BSEE degree from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, Brazil in 1980, and got a specialization in Reactive Power Compensation in Sweden in 1983. He worked in various projects for the Brazilian transmission and distribution system at ABB, Cegelec Alstom and Cooper Power Systems, being appointed in 2007 General Manager of the Substation Automation business based in Quebec, Canada.

Tatiana Araujo is a sustainability expert with approximately 20 years of professional experience. She holds the position of Managing Director Brazil at CharIN and is also involved in consultancy, lectures, and training in sustainability. She assists companies in developing their business strategies, particularly in ESG, GRI, SDGs, and Circular Economy agendas. She acts as a consultant to the UN Global Compact-Brazil Network, and participates in The National Plataform of Electric Mobility Advisory Board (Brazil) and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Advisory Board in the Netherlands.

Dr. Stephen Filippone is the CTO and partner at SunR Reciclagem Fotovoltaica, a solar panel recycling company based in São Paulo Brazil. He is responsible for technological improvements in recycling processes that lower costs and improve the separation and purity of materials. He has a deep expertise in solar module technology combined with knowledge in the practical aspects of the Brazilian logistic, regulatory and commercial landscape.

She has also worked in the past at PricewaterhouseCoopers, ERB - Energias Renováveis do Brasil and Infinity Bio-Energy. Camila holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

An Electrical Engineer with an emphasis on Power Systems, he graduated from the Federal University of Itajubá and specialized in Electric Power Systems at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. He has worked for 17 years at Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista - ISA CTEEP, currently in charge of the Expansion Planning and Studies area, He has experience in planning studies, sector regulation, project structuring and feasibility, R&D coordination and has led initiatives to implement new technologies in the transmission system under the company's concession, including the first large-scale battery project installed in the Brazilian transmission system at SE Registro in the state of São Paulo. He is also currently vice-coordinator of ABSOLAR's Storage WG and coordinator of ABRATE's Expansion Committee.

Suellen Ribeiro has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), and after graduating she studied Electric Mobility: Policies, Planning and Business Opportunities at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Throughout her career in the energy sector, she has worked as a researcher at the Electricity Systems Planning Laboratory (LABPLAN/UFSC) on the Synchronized Fasor Measurement (MedFasee) project, with the aim of monitoring the National Electricity System (SIN) in real time. She currently works for Intelbras, a highly qualified professional focused on developing innovative solutions for the electric mobility sector. With experience in the design and development of power supplies, lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, she also works closely with the sector's specific standards and regulations, thus ensuring that all the projects developed meet the required safety and performance standards.

Eduardo Ribeiro Guimarães is an Environmental Engineer from Centro Universitário SENAC and a consultancy manager with extensive experience in project management, especially in environmental licensing and renewable energy. He has a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Fundação Vanzolini-USP. Currently, Eduardo is a director at AGF Ambiental, where he has led more than 50MW in Environmental Licensing Projects for Solar Photovoltaic Plants in several Brazilian states, in addition to managing Environmental Recovery, Waste Management, Environmental Certifications for sustainable buildings in civil construction projects.

With a bachelor's degree in Chemistry (UFSCar), a master's degree in Chemistry (USP - São Carlos) and an MBA in Business Management, she has worked at CPQD as a researcher since 1989 in the Energy Systems Area (ASE), developing studies and applications on batteries. Her current research focus is advanced technologies for application in stationary energy storage systems and advanced batteries for electric vehicles. He serves on several technical committees in the area, such as ABNT CB 003:021.002 (Stationary Batteries Study Committee), ABNT CE 003:069.001 (Road and Industrial Electric Vehicles Study Committee) and CT-VE&H of SAE-BRASIL (Technical Committee on Electric and Hybrid Vehicles of the Society of Mobility Engineers). He has published dozens of articles and given presentations at the main national and international events on stationary batteries. He has been involved in organizing various events in Brazil, such as CININTEL, SeSIE, Salão Internacional de Veículos Elétricos e Híbridos and SAE Brasil's Electric and Hybrid Vehicles Symposium, and also outside Brazil, at the MaBIC - Metal Advanced Batteries International Congress (Spain).

Abigail Ross Hopper is the President and CEO of the Solar Energy Industries Association, the national trade organization for America's solar energy industries. She oversees all of SEIA's activities, including government affairs, research, communications, and industry leadership, and is focused on creating a marketplace where solar will constitute a significant percentage of America's energy generation. Before joining SEIA, Abby served as Director of the Department of Interior's Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, the Director of the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA), Energy Advisor to Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley, and Deputy General Counsel with the Maryland Public Service Commission. Before embarking on a career in public service, Abby spent nine years in private practice. Abby graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maryland School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dartmouth College. Eduardo Tobias is a Managing Partner at Watt Capital. He is a specialist in project investment analysis, project financing, and on mergers & acquisitions of renewable energy projects and assets in Brazil. He is a cofounder and currently the vice-coordinator of ABSOLAR's Green Hydrogen Working Group. Tobias is also a visiting Professor at FGV, teaching for its Power Sector Executive Program, and author of the books 'Investment Analysis in Utility Scale PV Projects' (2021) and 'Investment Analysis in Bioenergy Greenfield Projects' (2015). He has a BSc. in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP and a Professional Master in Bioenergy from FGV-EESP.

Executive with more than 18 years of experience dedicated to the fertilizer industry. He has worked in multinationals in the sector, in several management level positions in Brazil and abroad. Rodrigo managed several operations and led the implementation of excellence programs in fertilizer plants in many countries such as the Netherlands, Finland, Germany and Colombia, involving ammonia and nitrate production processes, as well as blending and distribution units. Rodrigo currently serves as Director of Operations & Business Development at Atlas Agro, a Swiss-based company that aims to lead the transition to low-carbon nitrogen fertilizers, produced from green hydrogen, globally. The first plant will be installed in Pacific Northwest region, in United States, and also has an advanced project to implement the first green fertilizer plant in Brazil, located in Uberaba, Minas Gerais. Rodrigo is also board member of Green Hydrogen Industry Association (ABIHV), one of the main institutions responsible for promoting the green hydrogen industry in the country. Rodrigo has a degree in Business Administration, in addition to having 2 postgraduate degrees, one in Business Logistics and the other in Production Engineering. Rodrigo also holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, in United Kingdom.

Electrical engineer graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, with a specialization in economics and business (MBA) from the Federal University of São Carlos and a master's degree in energy from the Institute of Energy and Environment at the University of São Paulo. He is a specialist in surge protection at Embrastec and an electrical engineer at Lambda Consultoria Ltda. He has been working in the field of surge protection for over 20 years, specifying Surge Protection Devices (SPDs), drawing up technical standards and writing articles and books on the subject.

Harry Schmelzer Neto is Director of Solar & Building at WEG. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, with an MBA in Financial Management from FGV. He is a board member of the Brazilian Association of Solar Energy and started the solar energy business at WEG in 2012, when this energy source was just beginning in Brazil. Today, the solar energy division accounts for more than 10% of the revenue of one of the largest companies in the country. With 12 years of experience in solar energy, he is also the director of the Building division, which covers the construction sector at WEG. This area has total synergy with smart homes, including Wi-Fi outlets, home automation, and security cameras, all connected.

Michel Sednaoui is the founder and CEO of Plexo Solar, a company that has developed over 45 MW of photovoltaic distributed generation projects in Brazil. He has deep expertise in energy finance, acquiring his professional experience with Edmond de Rotschild Private Equity and local funds operating in the brazilian capital markets. Having verified the Brazilian population's difficulties of access to solar energy, today Michel is firmly committed to innovating solar energy finance for low income residences.

Isabella Sene is an energy engineer from the University of Brasilia and holds a master's degree in energy planning sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is currently a technical and regulatory specialist at the Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association.

Maria Heloiza is a Market Research Analyst at movE Eletromobilidade and has been working in the electric mobility market since 2019. Jairo Sobrinho, Founder of Conformetec, has been working in the electrical sector for 24 years. His career began as an electrician's helper, moving on to building and industrial electrical installations, electrical panel assembly, projects, consultancy and now leading a team of engineers and technicians dedicated to electrical safety. Jairo has specialized and dedicated himself to consulting for compliance with Regulatory Standard NR10, serving large companies in our country. He is currently a member of the committees ABNT/CE-003:064-010 Protection against atmospheric discharges and ABNT/CE-03:064.12 Safety in electricity.

She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Maranhão - UFMA (2012) and an MBA in Public Management (2016), and is an Infrastructure Analyst (2012). She is currently the Director of the Energy Transition Department at the National Secretariat for Energy Transition and Planning at the Ministry of Mines and Energy. In 2023 she acted as General Coordinator leading the planning activities for Isolated Systems, especially in the Amazon Region. From 2021 to 2023, she served as Technical Advisor at the MME, contributing to the sector's Innovation and Competitiveness by accompanying studies and actions with international partnerships, including discussions on the offshore energy regulatory framework. From 2019 to 2021, she worked as a Coordinator at the Ministry of Cities, selecting and monitoring macro-drainage projects in risk areas and contributing with improvements to the Risk and Disaster Management Program.

Clinger Barros is a Specialist Regulatory Lawyer, and has been working for at least ten years in various regulated sectors, focusing mainly on the Electricity Sector, providing consultancy services and litigating for major players. Since 2023, he has held the regulatory chair of climatech Lemon Energia, focusing regulatory activity on issues related to sustainability, renewable energies and digitalization of the electricity sector, assisting in the establishment of strategies and best regulatory practices for the business and in the interlocution and representation with the most diverse entities and public authorities.

He is an electrical engineer with a degree from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), a master's and doctorate from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) and a post-doctorate from the UFABC. He has carried out various research projects and publications focusing on the control and connection of distributed energy resources - DER, power quality and microgrids. He currently works as a Technical Regulatory Analyst at the Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association - ABSOLAR.

Marcelo Taulois is an executive, advisor, mentor and consultant to companies in the energy sector. He has worked in Brazil and abroad for over 40 years. Marcelo has a degree in electrical engineering from UCP in Brazil, postgraduate degrees from Henley Management College in England and IMD in Switzerland, and is a graduate of the board member development program at FDC in Brazil. He worked for thirteen years in Europe in the oil and gas sector. Since 2001, he has been in Brazil, where he has worked as Country Manager at Aker Solutions, Director at Promon, Country Manager at Scatec Solar, Director at Prumo, provides consultancy through Talante Partners, serves on boards and actively participates in mentoring programs for start-ups. At the moment, he is dedicated to the development of Energy China in Brazil, CEEC Brasil, as its Deputy CEO and CDO.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology, Energy Engineering and a Master's degree in Energy from the Federal University of ABC. He holds an Executive MBA in Economics and Management, with a focus on Government Relations, from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo. He currently works on regulatory issues and coordinates the hydrogen and energy storage theme at the Brazilian Wind Energy and New Technologies Association - ABEEólica.

With 29 years of experience in the electricity sector, she joined the National Electricity System Operator when it was founded, where she built a solid career in technical and management positions. At the end of 2017, she took over the Executive Management of Electricity Planning at the ONS, where she is responsible for the entire planning chain for the operation of the National Interconnected System (SIN). In 2024, she took over as Executive Advisor to the ONS Planning Board, supporting the Director in the management of the country's Engineering, Electrical and Energy Planning areas. Born in Rio de Janeiro, she graduated in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Rio de Janeiro. José Carlos Tormim, CEO of the MTEC Group, Electrical Engineer from UFU, post-graduate in project management, specialist in power quality, 11 years developing innovative solutions in photovoltaic solar energy such as: grid zero projects, floating plants, hybrid systems and EPC.

Emerson Viana Oliveira has a Master's degree in Systems and Process Engineering and Management, an MBA in Competitive Management and a degree in Civil Engineering. Solar Project Manager at Comerc Energia, responsible for the construction of the UFV Hélio Valgas Solar Complex, the 5th largest photovoltaic plant in Brazil and the 3rd largest in Minas Gerais. He has 29 years' experience in managing large-scale infrastructures in Brazil, Peru, Portugal and Africa. He teaches postgraduate courses at PUC and IETEC MG, specializing in Planning, Budget and Cost Engineering.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from INTESP. MBA in Project Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation. He is currently studying for a master's degree in energy storage systems with lithium batteries at UNESP. With over 12 years' experience in electricity transmission and distribution, he is currently part of the technical group developing the first transmission-level energy storage system in Latin America, with a capacity of 30MW and 60MWh of energy. He is responsible for defining the evaluation criteria and building the maintenance plan for ISACTEEP's BESS system.

David Wedepohl, Managing Director International Affairs David Wedepohl is a radio journalist by training who studied and worked on both sides of the Atlantic. He holds a master's degree in Journalism and Public Affairs which he achieved as a Fulbright scholar. His professional experience included working for the German embassy in Washington, DC as a senior press and public diplomacy officer. He first came in touch with the solar industry while working for an American consulting company before taking up his job as director communications and markets at the German Solar Association, also serving as the organization's spokesperson. He now holds the position of managing director international affairs and is responsible for the association's international activities.

Engineering and projects executive with a 25-year career in the management/implementation of corporate ventures and projects in the O&G, chemicals, pulp and paper, electricity and EPC segments.
